Travmosolo offers the best quality products to enjoy outdoors better. if your purchase is not feeling great or isn’t what you’re after, please do not hesitate to return it to us. Please take a moment to read through our returns policy to get a better understanding on returning your purchase

If your product damaged, malfunctioned, or not in usable condition we will offer you a full refund or a replacement for the purchased item. Please notify our customer support center about the product you wish to return within 7 days of the order being received.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original condition.

Return items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Please return the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we will exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item including the return shipping fee.

You are not eligible for a refund or an exchange for the below-mentioned items unless it’s a factory defect or not as described.

a) Products sealed for hygiene purposes such as facemasks, all-over print neck gaiter

b) Gas cylinders and cartridges, safety climbing equipment, and safety headwear

please take a moment to read the product description before making the buying decision to avoid disappointments.

For orders older than 30 days please send an email to warranty@travmosolo.com to ensure you have a valid warranty for the product. Please follow the below guideline when sending the email.

Please provide us details as much as possible

Include the order number / Purchase Date / Brand / Product Name if possible SKU number

Please attach photos of the product including defective area.

According to your claim sometimes vendors will require you to deal with them directly. The warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, misuse, accidents, storage and handling, abuse, vandalism, or other causes external to the product.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 14 days after delivery for an exchange. The customer needs to cover shipping costs both ways in this situation. The product should be in the original condition. Any item that has been used, soiled, damaged through misuse, general wear and tear, and accidents, or any other external factors will not be exchanged.

Travmosolo.com always takes necessary measures to minimize the incorrect item deliveries. However, in case you have received an item that you have not ordered, Brand differences, completely different from what you have ordered; please inform our customer support as soon as you can and follow the instructions mentioned below.

  • Please send an image or footage for our reference to identify the problem with the product.
  • Provide us the order Receipt.
  • The item returning to us should be in original condition (All accessories/ Packaging/ Manuals etc.)

If you prefer to keep the incorrect item we will offer you a discount for your next purchase with free shipping. In case you wanted to return the product shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Please contact and inform us within 7 days from the delivery date if the item you received damaged, broken, or with defects. The return items must be in brand new condition with its original tagging and Packaging. It should be unused, unwashed.

The below-mentioned items non-returnable due to hygiene reasons

  • Lingerie and Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings

If it’s a manufacturing fault or it does not match what you have ordered please submit a Defect on Arrival claim.

Wrong Item

If you received a wrong item you can exchange the item or you can claim a full refund by returning the item to our warehouse. Please contact our customer care center and send us the order details along with a description within 3 days after delivery for a replacement free of charge or for a full refund. You will not be eligible for a refund/replacement if an item rejected due to a product without original tags, Used or washed, or any evidence that the product is not in original condition.

Size and Color does not match

In product descriptions, we have listed all size charts for your reference to help you to identify the correct size. It is important to check the measurements mentioned in the size table before you place the order.

If the size does not match you can contact our customer service directly for a full refund or a free replacement of the item in the correct size.

There may be a 1.5inch size inaccuracy due to hand measurements. You can return us the product and you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

We recommend you carefully check all sizes of your items before ordering especially for the Non- Returnable items to avoid disappointments.

The color of the item may vary depending on the screen resolution of your computer, the settings, and the lighting conditions. Sometimes you may experience mismatches between the image on the screen and the product you have received you can apply for a refund or a replacement request as mentioned on “The wrong Item”.

  • It’s important to call us before returning the product to get information on the return shipping address and other instructions regarding your return.
  • Keep all the packaging material and Shipping documents which are important for your return request.
  • After you return the product back to us please send us the tracking number and copy of the receipt. Having this information can help to fasten the process.
  • Refunds will be arranged for the same payment method you used to place this order.
  • If the package is broken or open you can refuse to sign for the delivery note. Accepting an open or broken package can impact your return request.
  • After we receive the defective item we will arrange a replacement or a refund
  • Avoid using premium Courier services to return the item as it will exceed the return cost limits mentioned above.
  • Place a note inside the return package with this information to ease the identification and faster the process (Order Number/Product ID / Quantity you ordered)
